It’s important to us that our customers are satisfied with our service and our products, any good which are faulty can be returned.
Due to the nature of products and the way they are used we are unable to offer a refund on non faulty goods if they are bespoke items or product which has be used or soiled.
We are also unable to arrange a return / refund if our products are not properly packaged ready for collection. The edge should be placed on bearers and securely strapped and all loose parts well secured. The pallet networks are unable to collect loose items.
We can provide information on how to package our product to ensure it is accepted by the pallet network and it does not get damaged during transit. We urge you to send us photograph of your return item once packaged before collection so we can advise.
On receiving a return We will notify you within 48 hours of any damaged goods returned and advised if there is any deduction from the credit due to you.
We repay any credits within 7 days.
